Accessibility isn't a checkbox. It's just good design.

Most companies treat accessibility like a compliance checkbox. We treat it like what it actually is—good design that works for humans. When you work with us, you don't just get compliant products, you also get:

  • Sustainable products and budget-friendly solutions. No more costly redesigns because accessibility was an afterthought. Prevention is always cheaper than retrofitting.

  • Profitable products because businesses that prioritize user experience are successful.

  • Usable experiences that help customers seamlessly get where they need to go. Your users aren't thinking about WCAG criteria. They just want to get where they're going — without friction.

  • Design that's as good as it looks. Accessible design isn't boring design. It's design that actually works.

Meet Mina Nabinger

Certified WebAccessibility Expert.

I've got a confession: I used to design inaccessible products.

Despite years working as a designer, no one taught me about accessibility. It took an audit —watching real users struggle with something I built—to understand how big the gap actually is. Not just in my work. The industry.

That was my wake-up call. I knew I had to do better, and help teams avoid making the same mistakes I did. Designing with diverse users in mind shouldn’t feel complicated. That's why I founded Minamalism.

I left behind a corporate design career to turn UX and accessibility guidelines into practical solutions. To prove that inclusive design doesn't kill creativity – it actually makes you a better designer. To show teams that accessibility doesn't have to be overwhelming.

Since then, I've helped organizations of all sizes (freelance designers, too!) master the process of creating products that are genuinely enjoyable for everyone. Not just technically compliant—actually good.

"Designing with diverse users in mind shouldn't feel complicated. Everyone deserves equal access to our digital spaces — and the teams who build those spaces have the power to make that real."

The goal in everything I create, everything I do, and everything I teach is simple: Make inclusion the standard, not the exception.

  • “Mina’s training was, simply put, fantastic. The session was comprehensive without being overwhelming, and was exactly what we were looking for. We left the training with a lot of knowledge and confidence that we will be able to slowly but surely implement this into our team’s workflow. We look forward to working with Mina again.”

What powers our work

  • Humans over Compliance

Your customers aren't compliance requirements. They're real people trying to complete real tasks. We design for humans first, criteria second—which, ironically, gets you better WCAG compliance anyway.

  • Impact over Perfection

100% accessibility is a myth. We're not here to make you perfect—we're here to make you better. It's about making meaningful improvements that actually impact users.

  • Clarity over Complexity

Accessibility shouldn't feel too complicated. We translate the technical stuff into practical action steps your team can actually use tomorrow.

  • Empowerment over Dependency

Our goal isn't to become your permanent consultant forever (unless you want that). It's to give your team the tools, confidence, and systems to create accessible products independently. That's the real win.

Create products that celebrate and support your diverse customer-base.
